Reservation procedure: When your dates are firm and we have confirmed availability of the property you wish to rent, we will send you our information sheet and rental agreement via email. You then return the signed document along with the security deposit and first months rent, within 7 days. If your arrival date is 30 days or more away, you may send a personal check if you wish. If it is less, we require certified funds.

Security/utility deposit is a refundable deposit to cover possible damage to the property and/or telephone and electricity usage, where applicable. When due, these utility bills are delivered directly to our property manager who pays them for you and deducts those amounts from the security/utility deposit. The owners will refund the balance remaining in the account, after all bills are settled and the property is returned in satisfactory condition. 

Rental Balance (for your entire stay, paid in advance) is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. The same form of payment as above applies.
